What is the minimum order?
Ten cards. Larger orders get better rates — you will receive a custom quote within 24 hours of submitting.
How do I send staff photos?
After placing the request, reply to our email with a ZIP of photos named by employee ID (e.g. 0027.jpg). Phone photos against a plain wall are fine — we crop and colour-correct them.
Can I reorder for new employees later?
Yes. We keep your approved design on file, so single reprints for new joiners are quick and easy.
What does the NFC card do?
Each card carries an NFC chip that can open an employee profile, a website, or integrate with attendance and access systems. Ask us about your use case.
How and when do I pay?
No payment to place a request. After you approve the proof, we send a UPI / bank payment link for 50%; the balance is due on delivery. GST invoices provided.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes — we deliver across India by courier, or you can collect from our Hyderabad office.
Do you also print school, college and hospital ID cards?
Yes. Besides employee ID cards we print student and school ID cards, hospital and medical staff badges, visitor passes and event ID cards — on the same CR80 PVC, with optional NFC or QR.
Where is Artha Tech Solutions located?
We are based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Cards are printed and quality-checked here and shipped by courier across India, or collected from our office.
